We work to educate people on periods and reusable products as a way to increase awareness about reusable products, and to destroy the stigma around periods.

We host education workshops for all age groups, and we train leaders on how to host period workshops as well.

At The Red Mvmnt, we are motivated to create a meaningful difference in our community. With the purpose of advancing menstrual equity, we seek to educate people through pop-ups, workshops, charities, and other events. Adequate menstrual education raises understanding of menstruating bodies without judgement and views dignified menstruation as a fundamental human right.
Unfortunately, menstrual education is insufficient in certain areas, making these inequities more common. For that reason, it is critical that we use our resources and privileges to educate people and work to reduce the stigma.
